This trip is designed to discover the very best of Mekong in comfort and style, 4 days on the complex maze of the Mekong Delta giving you a insight into life on the mighty Mekong River and its tributaries. You will be taken along the vast network of canals and tributaries to see how people go about their daily lives. Day 1: Saigon- Vinh Long - Can Tho (L)

Meet our guide in the lobby of our hotel in HCMC. We drive through the Mekong Delta to the town of Vinh Long for a cruise and a visit to the local markets and orchard gardens. From here, we will get back to Vinh Long where we will board our vehicle for the drive to the heart of Mekong Delta: Can Tho. Night in Can Tho.

Day 2: Can Tho (B)

After breakfast we enjoy a cruise on Hau Lady Boat Cruise to enjoy the morning floating market Cai Rang. Here each boat usually sells one particular item, whether it be pumpkins, pineapples, sugar cane etc, and in order that the customer knows where to shop, they hang that item from the highest part of the boat

The afternoon you can enjoy free time in the most comfortable property in the Mekong Delta: Victoria Hotel Can Tho. Overnight in Can Tho.

Day 3: Can Tho- Chau Doc (B)

Leave Can Tho, we drive to Chau Doc. The amazing journey takes us 4 hours to get there. Chau Doc town is situated right on the Basac River, close to the Cambodian border.

In the afternoon, we visit a bonsai garden and head up Sam Mountain for a great sunset and a birdseye view over the paddy fields towards Cambodia.

We spend one night in Victoria Hotel Chau Doc.

Day 4: Chau Doc- Ho Chi Minh City (B)

You can wake up later toda. Take your time to enjoy a buffet breakfast or some reading before heading back to HCMC.

Notes: You can cross the Vietnam border to Phnom Penh, Cambodia by waterway with Cambodia visa beforehand and additional 60 US$ using Victoria Express Boat.
